The warmth of the house
More cleanliness as the kitchen, pool, were not so clean. The down stairs bathroom was licking and difficult to use. House could really use a good cleaning. Wifi was not working the whole time we were there until we complained and were given 10% of what we we paid originally.

Lovely refurbished property with stunning views. We had a lovely stay there. Very relaxed and quiet, yet Only 10mins by from the train station to Rome and Walking distance to a 24hr supermarket.
We would have liked the Air conditioning cooler. It was very high temperatures when we stayed and apparently it was on the lowest setting.

The modern interior and exterior ,the size and the fact it had a pool .
The hosts were lovely and very accommodating , we booked last min so pool wasn’t ready on first night but they made sure we had it cleaned out and called maintenance and had it ready for following day .
There were a few things outside that were unfinished - pool cover , balconies , and garden at one side ,however the hosts are working on those and I’m sure once completely finished it will be amazing . This didn’t stop us having a wonderful stay .
