Host was Responsive.
It was Clean.
Easy to access, Host Genrated enough codes, and was able to provide us with codes when we needed them.
Lights in the house were not working.

Even though its an Eastate, there was quite alot of privacy which i enjoyed. The apartment is well maintained and clean.
The staff was friendly and helpful to a certain extent.
Its safe and very secure. S
I have to mention the two Gentlemen- Sam & * i forgot the other gentleman's name* where really helpful and did their best to ensure our stay was confy as possible.

I had to download an App to generate access codes to move around the facilities, which ended up not even working, from the 1st day until the last day i had no access to the gym and Lagoon pool area. Eventually when i was given access to the pool area i discovered that the pool itself is not user friendly- it doesn't even look like the pictures advertised- i really hated to having to ask for access codes to just move around in a place that currently 'reside' in.
