Location that was near the beach with a great access to beach facilities and the nearby restaurants. The apartment has a nice charm, well equipped and a nearby grocery.
- humidity in the building;
- bathroom window on the stairway hall, you could hear people doing stuff :));
- not being able to use the elevator(private);
- the bike room was a challenge to access, narrow stairs, 3 doors to open;
- parking was within 12 mins walk;
- number of keys we had to use/handle and only one set of keys which creates some discomfort for a family.
- money/value is not quite justified.

Ottima posizione, appartamento luminoso, buona l'insonorizzazione. Apprezzatissimo il topper!!! Abbiamo dormito benissimo.
Cambierei la posizione del locker, o quantomeno starei attenta a pulirlo bene se gli uccelli fanno i propri bisogni proprio lì

-Der Bike Room ist kein Bike Room, es ist der Keller des Hauses und höchstens für Kinder/Strassenbikes geeignet. Enduro Bikes passen nicht durch die enge Treppe.

Ottima posizione, proprio all'inizio del lungomare. Appartamento confortevole e rifornito di tutto il necessario.
Camere molto ampie.
Camere da letto poco oscurate per la notte.
Pulizia migliorabile.
