・鉄道駅からの騒音が意外に大きい。 ・デポジット払いを求められるが、日本人には難しいかもしれない。 ・オーナーとの連絡はワッツアップやLINEを要望される。

Location is convenient to go anywhere and to get Grab car. There are a lot of local foods to choose nearby too.

Everything is great! The place is quite close to Petaling Street — just a short walk away. There are also plenty of food options downstairs, which makes it really convenient. The management is very patient and always willing to help us tenants. Highly recommended!

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less convenient. The property only provides one free parking space, which is very inconvenient for guests with more than one car. The second car has to pay for parking, and even then, the parking spaces are very limited. Although the location is said to be near Petaling Street, it actually takes around 20 minutes to walk there, which is quite far under the hot weather. It would be much better if parking and accessibility could be improved.
