La posizione dell'appartamento era in un punto strategico: supermarket a 20 metri, un bar pasticceria 5 stelle a 3 minuti a piedi e la fermata dell'autobus sulla linea per la stazione a 5 minuti a piedi.
Purtroppo non è stato messo il sifone nella doccia quindi se utilizzate l'acqua calda sale qualche odore ma niente di preoccupante..
