L’emplacement, on peut tout faire à pied. Le calme
Le manque d’équipements : pas de chaises, juste des tabourets , rien pour profiter de la terrasse , et seulement 2 verres ( autres que verres à pied)

Modern und funktional eingerichtet. Fussläufig zur Stadt mit Parkplatz.
Die Wohnung ist nicht so hell, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, der Wohnraum ist tagsüber recht dunkel. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr anonym, unpersönlich, wenig herzlich und aufmerksam. Auf Dinge, die fehlten, wurde nicht leider eingegangen und auch keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Weitere Dinge die fehlten, habe ich daher nicht mehr gemeldet. Spaziergänge in die Natur / ins Grüne vom Apartment aus sind nicht möglich, nur zum Hafen oder durch Wohngebiete zum Strand. Kein nettes Cafe im 5 Min. Radius. Alles nur in der Stadtmitte in ca. 15 - 20 Min. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt daher nicht.
