We love this property. We stay here every time we come. Just not in this condo. The unit itself was new for us

Appears beachfront from photos and description. It is a back side balcony facing a house. Can see beach only if you lean off side. I looked for beachfront only for my search. Elevator went out multiple days during stay. Hot tub is super loud so you don’t care to use it. Washer/dryer super loud . Ice machine barely produces ice. Beds are not comfortable are make noise every time you move. The headboard in one room is attached weird or messed up and leans over toward you while laying down. Most plugs in the bedrooms do not work. The property manager goes by eastern time. The condo is in central, all clocks in the unit are set to central. So the cleaning people showed up an hour before we thought we had to check out. So we had to rush when we realized they were using a different time zone. Which puts check in at 5 and check out at 9 which basically is paying for a full day you don’t get. Will stay at the facility again, but definitely not with this property management or this condo. Pressure washing building two of the days we were there was so loud it gave us migraines from listening all day. Balcony and all furniture was saturated. Man on lift came up prior to starting the washing and then sprayed before he realized my mom was in her pjs on the balcony. She got sprayed and then scared by a man staring at her on the second floor on a lift. Then pressure washed the doors and could see in at us inside.
