Luxury Riviera Villa* short walk to beach & center

The home was cozy and exactly as described. We visited during winter, but the outdoor space would be fantastic for quality time in the summer! The bedrooms are on the first floor, accessible via a spacious, sturdy spiral staircase. Its wide steps and solid handrail make it easy to navigate, even with luggage or a baby. We had both and found it very manageable! The property is within walking distance of grocery stores and a few restaurants, in a very friendly neighborhood. The house itself is comfortable, and Max - the concierge is incredibly responsive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Any time we had a question or needed assistance, the host was quick to respond and eager to help, offering exceptional support that truly enhanced our experience. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, especially if you prefer to be away from the busy centers of Nice or Cannes. And if you’re visiting in the summer—don’t hesitate, just book!
