The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the view onto the square and the large window to look at it from. The owner was super responsive and helpful. The square itself is so full of bars, restaurants and cafes you really don't need to go anywhere else. A fantastic find.

The stairs are steep and a rail all the way onto the upstairs hallway would help. However, we were told about them before we came and it wouldn't put us off staying there again.

The apartment is in a prime location with a large window overlooking the main square. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything needed for our 3 day stay.

Unfortunately the apartment has a problem, and it’s a big one. There is no air conditioning. We were there in summer and it was 36c-38c outside each day. Even with the three ceiling fans, plus two standing fans in the bedroom, it was like trying to sleep in an oven. The first night it did cool down outside quite early. But with no flow-through ventilation, the heat was trapped inside the apartment. Whilst I accept that the current heatwave is unprecedented, it’s only going to get worse. It’s a lovely apartment, and I highly recommend it, but not in summer. Hopefully, air conditioning will be installed very soon.
