The communication with the host is really easy and they are really responsive.
The place is clean close to the station and easy to access in the center of Sapporo.
It's really comfortable and the bed is perfect for 2 people.
The instructions to find the keys were really clear.

好立地で大変便利に過ごすことができました。また、洗濯機や食器、家庭用の冷蔵庫が揃っていて家にいるような気持ちで落ち着いて過ごせました。
全体的にとても良かったのですが、一点残念だったのは貸出のバスタオルに長い髪の毛が数本ついていたことです。自身も家族も短髪でして・・・。民泊だとこういった点の管理が難しいのかなと感じました。

お風呂や部屋にも髪の毛が落ちてたこと。
洗濯機のゴミとりフィルターがゴミだらけ。

駅に近かった。
冷蔵庫が大きかった。
エアコンがない。
窓を開けると自動車の音がうるさい。
タオルバスタオルが2枚しかない。
他のタオルは無い。
ハンガーが無い。
