Lokacija, mirno okruženje, kvalitet materijala i radova u apartmanu i zgradi, organizacija i uređenje prostora, opremljenost aparatima i uređajima, solidan pogled, nema buke sa ulice, blizina marketa...
U apartmanu: skoro ništa. U okruženju: malo dnevne buke sa obližnjih gradilišta (radi se, gradi se).
