La ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra del parque de los novios, a una cuadra de la bahía, restaurantes, droguerías, supermercados. Fácil conseguir transporte y demás que uno requiere en un paseo familiar. En general excelente apartamento.
Cuando llegué me entregaron utensilios de cocina, pero no había una estufa. La pusieron solo para el último día de mi estadía. Como recomendación un lavadero, pues muchas veces se llega de la playa y se necesita sacudir la arena de la ropa. Por último, sería bueno dejar la observación de que es un quinto piso y se sube por escaleras.

Solo tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones La mesa y sillas de comedor son enanas y de plástico. No tiene microondas. La presión del agua es baja. Cámara de vigilancia en la entrada
