+Very clean and tidy. 3 bedrooms of good size. Only one bathroom and a second separate toilet. Its semi-detached 'granny flat' with a shared/allocated car port/garage space. Kitchen with reasonable facilities. AC in all rooms. Small back deck over looks the 'bush'. 5 min drive into Woollgoolga (nothing at Safety Beach) for food etc. 10 min walk to sports centre. Lockbox in garage for the key. Has WiFi.
Feels private and no noise from house on same lot but you are using 'their' driveway and garage. Its wasnt a hassle. Smallest TV in the world (almost). Dodgy digital TV reception. The single bathroom could be an issue. You enter the property via the garage. A few steps, then in though the laundry and toilet! Odd, but I'd knock first!
