Appartement lumineux, bien agencé. Très bien équipé. Rapport qualité prix, rien dire.
Les serviettes de toilettes sentent l'humidité. Il manque une prise murale dans la chambre pour appareillage Apnée du sommeil. Il manque des couteaux d'office et un grand couteau (celui actuel ne peut etre utilisé, la lame ne tient plus). Manque des barres pour etendre serviettes dans la salle de bain.

Logement avec une bonne situation géographique pour visiter la région de Briançon et très facile d'accès. Le studio a été judicieusement rénové et est très bien équipé. La literie est de bonne qualité. Parking au pied de l'immeuble.
Nous avons passé 2 nuits début novembre, le studio n'était pas chauffé il faisait 15° à notre arrivée. Le radiateur opérationnel a bien fonctionné ! Nous n'avions pas le bon code d'accès pour entrer dans l'immeuble, il a fallu téléphonner à la propriétaire qui heureusement a pu nous répondre de suite. Petit problème de chasse d'eau qui ne nous a pas pénalisé.
