Staff took too long to get the room ready, while my kid was screaming they kept saying it would be ready in 5 mins, it took 30 mins maybe longer, which isn’t normal I was checking in at 12am not 12pm! Time management is not great at all and neither is communication. Everyone’s working too slow, When I went into my room finally there was still a cleaner cleaning it. The suite was filthy and dusty. The floor was very dirty and not clean at all. I requested breakfast to my room due to my child sleeping time not matching breakfast, I was told the duty manager for the morning had already been told and they would send breakfast to the room. This never happened. I had to chase them after 11am, they also didn’t pass on relevant information to any management. I felt as though they stand around in groups not working and wasting peoples time. I was charged $7 for milk for a baby! Which was disgusting in my opinion considering most places offer milk for free, reduced or even included once day at no cost. Hilton not what it is

The rooms very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. And great location by the river. The kitchen staff especial Ahmed made breakfast very special for us!
