Location was in a quiet residential neighborhood behind another house. You could park on the street about a hundred yards away or choose to pay for parking on the house driveway for $10-15 per night.
Very tight spiral staircase, which would be fine if you have very little or light luggage.

The Studio was just like the photos. The location was very nice and quiet. It was easy to get into and the Host was amazing. Prompt responses to all communication. I had an unforeseen situation that they accomodated with kindness.
The dogs were out upon arrival but they seemed friendly. Once contacted the Host immediately put them away. The only thing I think they should do is show the narrow staircase in the photos. The entire unit is upstairs and it might be difficult for people with disabilities and weight issues. Also advise new guests that the Host sleeps in the adjacent room.

1) Peaceful place.
2)The Host was very responsive every time.
1) Hots charged me $15 for parking when the description on booking stated $10.
2) Hosts were worrier about the instructions for checking out before letting me know how to get there. It felt like a not so warm way to make money. (Soft skills).
3) The dog’s Host started to bark too early.
4) The air conditioner was too hot and there was not way to set it up cooler.
5) Instructions on the paper need to be updated.
