Bright, modern, great balcony and views, quiet. Close to beach.
cleanliness - spider webs underneath and at side of sofa and armchairs and at the ceiling. dirt in corners, dust here and there. not thoroughly cleaned. the bathrooms are too dated for the price of the accommodation! need renovation. broken tiles, corking starting to get mouldy, bad lighting, not nice to look into drains. Outdoor furniture was dirty as well, cushions did not feel clean to sit on. Some of the cutlery and kitchenware was sticky / not clean - presumably cause guests before don‘t care to leave really clean and just put back into cupboards. this should be checked by cleaners before next guests.

It was a beautifully presented home. Very clean and tidy with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Our family loved watching the resident wallabies from the balcony.
