Home was well decorated and the setup was perfect for our needs. Having one room with multiple beds is very handy for large groups/families. The owner was very responsive via the app. Bedrooms are excellent size.
The street was filthy....really appears sketchy/unsafe. The city needs to do a better job of keeping up with the renovated properties. The shared stairwell needs a good sweep and mop. The two together made for a negative first impression. Pillows were too soft for my liking but thats my issue not theirs.

New construction, nice showers/bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen.
Window shades are poor quality and let in large amounts of light into the bedrooms. Kitchen shade is broken. Stickers still on windows. The only living spaces are in the bedrooms. The thermostat self-adjusted the temperature twice up to 88 degrees, once in the middle of the night. While not a fault of the property, the neighborhood is truly filthy, with trash everywhere.
