New construction, nice showers/bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen.

Window shades are poor quality and let in large amounts of light into the bedrooms. Kitchen shade is broken. Stickers still on windows. The only living spaces are in the bedrooms. The thermostat self-adjusted the temperature twice up to 88 degrees, once in the middle of the night. While not a fault of the property, the neighborhood is truly filthy, with trash everywhere.

The curtains didn’t close all the way

The location was perfect for a visit to Temple and really close to the SEPTA line. Having a combination of single beds and a double bed and two bathrooms worked really well for our family.

The set up really lacked communal space. No shared living area except for a small island/dining table. The room with the double bed lacks a floor or table lamp, or even a convenient way to turn off the overhead lights near the bed, which was a mild annoyance. The kitchen lacked a lot of basic equipment – baking sheets, cutting boards, serving bowls, etc. The place is great for an overnight - or if you don’t really intend to cook, but might not work for an extended stay.
