Location, comfortable, room for our car.
Needs some maintenance and a thorough clean. No hand towels or bath mats supplied. Found some in a cleaning cupboard. Small details = a lux experience.

Location was good. Close to shops and where we need to go for the weekend. Liked that it was a bit at the back and off the main rd.
Convenient to have a washing machine
Liked that our car was able to be parked in the garage as it felt safe off the street and away
The showers needed a good clean there was lots of mould in the grout of the tiles. Easily cleaned with some mould spray. Just gave an overall dirty look to the whole bathroom
As it was not expensive, for what it was and over a long weekend, we thought we couldn't be too fussy. Not up to our standards of cleanliness.
