È un appartamento moderno, luminoso, confortevole ed arredato con gusto e pratico, dispone proprio di tutto per un soggiorno di "lusso a 5 stelle", con due balconi con finestroni e tapparelle oscuranti elettriche. La cucina con elettrodomestici di ultima generazione è completa proprio di tutto. Si trova in una zona moderna e periferica di Quartu (e Cagliari), parcheggi auto si trovano senza problemi sia in strada, che all'interno del condominio (con cancelli automatici). Con la proprietaria Karina, la comunicazione è chiara, immediata e tutto puntuale.
Nessuna obiezione da segnalare.

Splendidi appartamenti a Quartu Sant’Elena: nuovi, moderni e molto accoglienti. Posizione comoda, con tutto il necessario nelle vicinanze. La proprietaria è meravigliosa, gentile e sempre disponibile. Mi sono sentita come a casa. Consiglio di cuore.

L'appartement était très propre, bien équipé, petite attention pour nos enfants 👍 bouteille d'eau et de bulle.
Ce qui est dommage c'est l' insonorisation du bâtiment. Les évacuations d' eau du dessus résonnent dans l' appartement (toilettes douches). Les poubelles compliquées pour trier à ce point les français n'ont que deux poubelles. Peut être mettre une note d' explication car nous étions un peu perdus entre les 2 de dedans et les 6 de dehors 🥴😅
