L’emplacement, accès rapide à l’autoroute pour aller où on veut.
Le lit un peu dur, la porte d’entrée de l’appartement un peu dur à fermer (se ferme automatiquement si bien fermé)

Le manque de papier toilettes, l'odeur de cigarette dans le Hall, les odeurs dans la salle de bains, pas de verres à pied, pas de tire bouchons... Les rideaux dans un état de délabrement ......
