Nice little rustic resort along Tomales Bay. Charming, simple, and cozy. Has a small swimming pool and you can rent kayaks.

From the pictures to the quality described in the rooms this booking was misleading. To begin, the location offers absolutely no phone reception so make sure you’ve offloaded any destinations you wish to visit. Next, the staff was never seen and instead they are (not) reachable by phone. Meaning that if you miss check in time, lose your keys, did not call ahead to confirm room number, need extra towels/soap, have complaint, etc it is up to you to solve your own problems. The venue is rundown (literally looks like a junk yard). The rooms (mine was a “deluxe” came with a heater that (when id did finally work) pinged and banged so much I was startled awake in the middle of the night thinking someone was breaking in. The room had an old mildew smell to it that did not leave us until we left the venue. Very cold due to poor insulation. The amenities are not as described either. Fridge could barely fit a box of colas in it, the “stove” is a joke. This is not a luxurious (resort) but rather a collection of low income flats that were repurposed to hotel rooms. The water went cold after about 15-20 minutes (only enough for a single shower). No one stayed next to us so I can’t speak to the insulation however when standing outside, conversation inside the next set of rooms over can be heard from outside. All in all, absolutely not worth the money. Terrible destination lodging. This reminds me of an extended day Super 8. Would never recommend again.
