Finlays Yard by Veeve

The property was lovely and clean, well located and the greeter was really nice. It was modern and well appointed with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen.

The road that the property was on was closed at both ends meaning that no vehicles could stop at the front doors to drop things off or for food deliveries etc. there was no prior warning of this. The property itself was lovely but the pillows on the bed were so thin and uncomfortable causing us to struggle to sleep properly. There is also no TV in the bedrooms which was annoying as the sofa was not large enough for two people to relax and spread out. The windows do not open properly due to stoppers being installed when the crack open about 3 inches meaning it was warm and stuffy. The sofa and dining chairs were really stained and need a good clean.

Leider gab es keinen Couchtisch, kein Besteck, Die Räume waren eher dunkel es gab zu wenig Licht. z.B. eine Stehlampe wäre gut gewesen.

Nice appartment, although the design of the building surprised me. It looked like the building was still under construction. The location was very good. Two bedtooms nice, bathroom one upstairs other downstairs, both ok and well equipped. Warm water runs out if many take a shower, but boiler will provide more if you wait.

The booking follow-up was by several company names, very confusing. Apartment kitchen teapot! Unbelievable. Coutch was worn and not looking attractive or clean. Could hear noices from neighbours, walls very thin.

Great location near Piccadilly train station, close to everything. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a lift available.

We were disappointed that the apartment provided did not match what we had booked. We paid for a unit with a balcony but were given one without upon check-in. Resolving this took a lot of time, including international calls to Booking.com. Eventually, we had to proceed with the given unit, although the host did offer a refund to compensate.
