I really appreciated the warm hospitality from the host, Gloria. She assisted me even before I arrived and made sure my needs were well accommodated. The unit was very clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. Inside the room, there were comfy pillows, a nice bed, fridge, iron with ironing board, microwave, and water heater. The shower pressure was also strong, which made it extra comfortable. All the small details like toiletries, tissues, and rubbish bags were provided, which made my stay even more convenient.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything was pleasant.

Peut être les 300 ringgit de deposit si comme moi c’est votre dernière nuit et que votre vol est dans la nuit ou tôt le matin et que vous devez soit : dépensé rapidement cet argent soit le convertir dans votre devise et perdre un peux à cause de taux de change 🥲 mais ça c’est juste si comme moi c’est votre dernière nuit, sinon ça ne pose pas problème!

the lift scan is a very bad scan not working properly.. i took 20 minutes to go to my room.. many people complained.. The kettle adapter is not working, the tv box is also not working.. tv looks very bad The table lamp cable almost broke.. must adjust for ON...

Puedo rescatar el gimnasio que tenian, me parecio muy bueno. Tambien la chica que se comunico conmigo (gloria), fue muy atenta conmigo y comprensiva.

Lamentablemente el primer dia fue un desastre no habia wifi en todo el edificio, mi internet tampoco funcionaba en mi habitación. (no habia internet tampoco en la recepción) Me gaste mucho dinero solo en taxi, pense que estaba más cerca del centro pero no. Más que un hotel es como un edificio habitacional, siempre estaba lleno el hall, habia que esperar mucho para el ascensor. Y demasiada gente viviendo allí. La habitación era muy oscura.
