Plus, we offer free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected, whether you’re working or simply enjoying your stay.
You’ll have access to on-site parking, and we provide complimentary coffee and tea to make you feel right at home. Our peaceful, safe neighborhood is the ideal location, just off the 101 freeway and only one mile from I-17, which if you want to explore will take you to the scenic Northern Arizona. The airport, bus station, and convenient on-demand transportation options are all nearby, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.
To ensure a serene and clean environment, we have a no-shoes policy inside the house, and slippers are provided for your comfort. We take great care in cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces between each stay to guarantee your peace of mind. The guest suite is attached to our home, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a smoke-free, drug-free environment. However, you’re welcome to enjoy a peaceful smoke on the back patio, which is reserved just for our guests. Please note that smoking inside the house will result in a $500 charge for smoke abatement.
While we love animals, we do not allow pets, though we welcome inquiries about service animals.
Your private entrance ensures a quiet and secluded retreat, and the patio features comfy seating and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Check-in details, as well as a personal contact number, will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you arrive a little earlier or want to enjoy an extra hour of rest, we’d be happy to accommodate, subject to availability.
We kindly ask that you be respectful of our neighbors. Please note that, due to local ordinances, any noise complaints will result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation, and you’ll be required to vacate the premises.

This was a lovely little casita attached to a family home. it was well appointed with everything you need. The neighborhood was very quiet despite it being quite close to the highway. There was shopping and dining close by.

Wonderful place, super cozy and cute. Great location. Only thing I'd say is if pool is not accessible to guests perhaps don't have a photo in listing with no other details. Great stay otherwise though!

I did see there was a pool, but I did not enjoy it. I’m sure it’s lovely. The couple who hosted were very sweet. They even brought me over some tiramisu and a specialty bread and hard boiled eggs. It was so nice to have a homemade treat. The home was immaculate. It also has a full kitchen and I made cookies. So that was nice. It was a perfect location. I really enjoyed my stay.

The place was nice and clean and offered a nice kitchen. The bed is really stiff and the pillows smelled weird.No pool access even though they have a picture in the listening & it states up to three people can be there and my boyfriend and I stayed there and we had a friend that would come over and bring his video games so all 3 of us can play games together. He was not staying over to sleep, but we were staying up late playing video games and we were very quiet and on the last night we decided to have dinner. Our friend got off late so it was a late dinner. We were cooking around 9:30 10 o’clock and the woman Owner came to the front door furious and accusing us of having a bunch of people and a party happening and We need to stop partying while I had my dinner in my hand walking to the table to eat there was only three of us and we explained to her we’re not partying at all, and she blamed us for the door being loud when it opens and closes, but the doors they have there are extremely heavy and don’t have that part of it where it softens the noise when you shut a door so it shuts on itself and it does make a loud noise as if it’s being slammed, but that’s how all of the doors in there are if you don’t guide it shut which we tried to do as much as possible. she was extremely rude and when we showed her, it’s just us three she continued to look for reasons to be upset. On the bright side, she let me have an hour later check out. I definitely won’t stay here again though
