Ideal for large groups or families, this beautifully remodeled duplex features two 3-bedroom, 3-bath suites connected by an internal staircase.
Each of the six spacious bedrooms has a private bath for maximum comfort and privacy.
Relax in the private Heated Cocktail Pool with jet bubbles and enjoy secure gated parking for up to 4 vehicles.
*Required $400 refundable incidental deposit
*Base rate includes up to 12 guests. Additional guests over 12 are $15 per person, per night, to cover extra utilities, linens, and turnover.
*Quiet Hours: From 11 PM to 7 AM, interior and exterior quiet hours are observed to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
*Spa Heating Policy: Enjoy 2 complimentary hours of spa heating per day upon request (3 hrs’ notice required). Extra time $10/hr.
*Due to Houston’s tropical climate, occasional sightings of insects are rare but possible. We maintain professional pest control and take every measure to ensure a clean, comfortable stay.

We had a nice stay at this property.Once you get into the house, it is nice. Each room was as it looked in pictures. Very cutely decorated. Having 2 kitchens, 2 dining tables, and 2 living rooms was very convenient for our large group. Rooms do not have dressers, so we hung things in the closet and lived out of our suitcases.Parking is a bit tricky due to the area of town— depending on how many cars you have.The owners were very responsive and kind prior to and during the stay.Our kids loved the warm water pool/hot tub out back. It was a nice retreat right at home.Houston, in general, has strict regulations for short term rentals. We definitely felt this during our trip, but it was still better than a hotel so that our family could all gather together under one roof to enjoy each others’ company!We would stay here again if we had a large group of individuals coming together.
