About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 250 m² house with private swimming pool for rent in the commune of Dauphin, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, ten beds, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approx. 2,500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
The main house, on the first floor
- 60 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200) that can be made into a king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath, shower and double basins
- Separate WC
Annex:
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, bench and double bed (160x190)
- One bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower, double basins and WC
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private 11mx6m unheated swimming pool, open from June 15 to September 30, secured by a roller shutter.
- A beautiful 2,500 m² unfenced garden
- A 32 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Dauphin, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- The towns of Manosque and Forcalquier are 10 km away.
- A variety of hikes
- Visits to hilltop villages, churches, abbeys and other historic sites
- Provencal markets
- Kayaking on the Durance
- Go-karting in Manosque
Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. Six vehicles can be parked.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Manosque Greoux-Les-Bains SNCF station, 13 km away.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport, 1 hour away.
