This approximately 60-square-meter vacation apartment on the first floor is furnished in a country house style. It is located at garden level and can be accessed directly from the assigned parking space via a wide staircase. Behind the entrance is a small vestibule leading into the vacation apartment. In the entryway of the vacation apartment is the well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for 2 people. The space flows openly into the living room, which features a comfortable couch and a cozy TV chair for reading and relaxing. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom, which features a high-quality box-spring bed (size: 180 x 200 cm, height: 60 cm). The two rooms can be separated by a sliding door. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, is equipped with a large, walk-in shower and two sinks. A separate toilet with a hand-washing sink is located next to the bathroom. From the living room, you can access a covered terrace measuring approximately 20 square meters, situated alongside a stream that is subtly illuminated in the evening. The terrace features seating, a table, and lounge chairs for enjoying the outdoors. The apartment also includes a separate south-west-facing garden area with a gazebo and a lawn for sunbathing.

featuring the two vacation apartments No. 75**** and No. 70**** is located in a very quiet setting
surrounded by greenery, above the 5* Hufeland-Therme, which is about 200 meters away from us.
We’re separated only by a narrow strip called “Hirschpark,” and a 2–5-minute walk
will take you to the adjacent “Bergkurpark,” an extension of the spa park.
Numerous hiking and walking trails thus begin right at our/your front door.
We also participate in the “Healthy & Happy” program, and the associated PyrmontCard Plus is included in our rental rates.
The PyrmontCard Plus offers many free leisure activities, such as:
1 daily Admission to the HUFELAND Therme, including the sauna area (1.5 hours)
1 admission per day to the Pyrmonter Welle water park
1 admission per day Visit to the museum in the castle
20% discount on admission to the Salz & SoleGrotte in the Wandelhalle
Free rides on the nature park bus from Easter through Nov. 1, Sat., Sun, and on holidays



Costs on site: - You must pay the total amount in advance via bank transfer.- A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. - Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM or by arrangement. - Check-out by 10:00 AM or by arrangement.- Keys are provided via a key box; you will receive the access code from the host. - Pets are not allowed. - One baby crib/extra bed. - A tourist tax of €3.40 per person/day will be charged separately on-site. - Included services: Final cleaning, Wi-Fi access, towels, and bed linens; 1 parking space available



Check-in is from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
