Bedroom: extra-wide box-spring bed, bedding, 2-seater sofa set
Bathroom: Shower, toilet, bidet, towel warmer, makeup mirror, towels
Kitchen: Dining area, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and espresso maker, toaster, blender, egg cooker, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, various cleaning supplies, dish towels, and much more
Storage room: Iron and ironing board
Entryway and hallway: Shoe cabinet and coat rack
Terrace and garden: Dining set on the southwest and south sides, lounge chairs, and a grill upon request
On-site fees: Payment is due in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer shortly in advance. Pets are not allowed.A baby crib is provided free of charge upon request. A visitor’s tax is charged on-site: €2.40 per day for guests 16 and older, and €1.50 per day for guests aged 6–16. No meals provided; bread roll service available by arrangement.
