The light-filled living room features a cozy sitting area, a stereo system, and a TV. The dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.) and the large balcony (where smoking and barbecuing are permitted) round out the living area. In the spacious double bedroom as well as in the second bedroom with twin beds, you’ll wake up to the sun. The daylight-filled bathroom features a shower; towels and linens are, of course, provided. The basement of the house houses a washer and dryer as well as freezer space. The apartment includes a parking space, an 11 kW wallbox for charging electric vehicles, and a lockable storage area for bicycles and bikes; charging for e-bikes is, of course, available. Our vacation rental has been awarded 3 stars according to the criteria of the German Tourism Association (DTV).
On-site costs: Payment is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided upon request for 20 € per person/night. Fees: Use of the washing machine and dryer: 3 € per load. Included in the base price: towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.
