Himmelreich Vacation Apartment - Villa Marie Vacation Apartments

The new vacation rental was created in 2022 through the renovation of the attic rooms. The result is an attractive 95-square-meter apartment, which is accessed via a private hallway on the first floor. From there, you reach the attic, which features a spacious, open living area (facing north) and a kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances and a dining area (facing south, fully equipped). This is complemented by two sleeping areas (1 double bed facing west; 2 single beds and an extra bed facing east—no doors), as well as the bathroom. Our wonderful vacation home—or simply “heaven on earth”—has been thoughtfully designed right up to the very top of the roof!​



The historic villa, a listed building, offers a quiet location, enchanting views, and 3 charming vacation apartments. Over a hundred years of eventful history have shaped this country house in Oberbärenburg. The renovation project focused on preserving the charm of the historic spaces while creating a light-filled, livable structure in accordance with modern and ecological standards. The room names “Swallow’s Nest” and “Kingdom of Heaven” from the past, complemented by “Top Dog” as a synonym for the villa, now serve as a bridge to the three vacation homes, each accommodating up to 3, 4, or 5 people—for a total of 12 happy vacationers!
The vacation apartments are ideal for children of all ages, couples, and groups of friends. The three apartments are also perfect for a small family gathering. Starting from our Villa Marie, you’ll have a wide range of options for an active vacation.



On-site costs: A deposit of 20% of the total price is due after booking.Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash on-site. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person. Crib: 10 € one-time fee.A visitor’s tax of 2.10 euros per person/1.70 euros per child per night will be charged separately on site. Information on included services: 1 parking space per unit; additional parking spaces cost 5 euros per night.
