About this house rental
Situated on a gentle slope, this 55-square-meter vacation home welcomes guests with a very cozy atmosphere, hardwood floors, an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, a sofa for two, and a wicker armchair; it also features satellite TV and a stereo system. The experience is rounded out by a wood-burning stove and direct access to the balcony, which features a partially covered seating area, two lounge chairs, and an unobstructed view of meadows and the forest.
The bedroom features a made-up double bed (180x200 cm, without a footboard), which invites relaxation with its soft colors and thoughtful touches.
The bathroom offers plenty of space, storage, hand and shower towels, toiletries from our own Seifen Zauber brand, a hair dryer, and a walk-in shower.
Additional amenities: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, towels, firewood delivery service (for a fee), bike storage (lockable), high chair/travel crib, use of washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, hand mixer, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator/freezer.
The Buren-Hof is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the quiet Solling village of Amelith, just before the forest begins.
With a keen eye for detail, the vacation apartment, the vacation home, and the entire grounds feature inspiring decorations and arrangements that bring joy to visitors. Lovers of fine fragrances, natural cosmetics, vintage decor, and small furniture can browse the on-site shop, SEIFEN ZAUBER.
Active guests can hike, bike, jog, or walk on well-marked trails in the adjacent forest... For mountain bikers, there are special trails with a thrill. The Weser Bike Path is 6 km away, as are various supermarkets. There’s a bakery 4 km away.
There are plenty of suggestions for leisure activities and day trips: Schmetterlinspark, ErlebnisWald, HuteWald, TreeRock, the Moor and Wichtelpfad, the Weser Skywalk, the wildlife park, the recreational lake, various half-timbered towns, PS Speicher, museums, the summer toboggan run, and much more.
On-site costs: A 20% deposit is charged after booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or by debit card. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site and arrangements will be made in advance via email or phone. Pets are not allowed. A crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
