About this house rental
With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our vacation home is perfect for a vacation with friends or a multigenerational family. Everyone has their own private space. An open-concept living area with a dining room and kitchen is available for shared experiences.
The spacious terrace, complete with a dining table, chairs, lounge set, and grill, also invites you to linger.
A special highlight is the wellness area on the first floor of the house. There you’ll find a cozy barrel sauna and a waterfall shower. When you descend the basement stairs, you’ll find yourself in a rustic wine cellar.
We have restored this house, which was built around 1550, with great attention to detail and meticulous craftsmanship using historic building materials. The house features underfloor heating powered by geothermal energy. The clay plaster on the walls ensures a healthy indoor climate. Here, you can let yourself be enchanted by the historic atmosphere while enjoying the utmost comfort.
Vacation Home:
Our alpaca farm is located in the Erzgebirge region—a land of adventure—in the heart of Saxony. Kleinbobritzsch is a district of Frauenstein, known as the “Silver Town.”
At the Alpaka Glück vacation home, you can experience alpacas up close. It’s not just the loyal eyes of the alpacas gazing at you from all around—you’ll also find products made from our animals’ wool throughout the vacation home. You’ll sleep in alpaca beds and on alpaca mattress pads, find cozy alpaca rugs throughout the house, and see curtains made from our beloved animals’ fleece hanging at the windows. Our farm store offers a wide selection of alpaca wool products.
Included in the rental price:
Bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, fireplace, firewood, grill, and patio furniture (spring through fall)
Available for additional booking on-site:
Sauna for €30.00 (2-hour session) including sauna towels
Seminar room / multipurpose room, approx. 20 square meters, with kitchen, table, and chairs for 150.00 € per day
Activities on the farm:
- Farm tour with photo opportunities
- Alpaca trekking with photo opportunities
- Picnic on the alpaca pasture
On-site costs: A 50% deposit may be charged upon booking; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Check-in: 3:00–7:00 p.m. Check-out: 7:00–10:00 a.m. (alternative times can be arranged upon request). The visitor’s tax of €2.00 per adult per day (children €1.00 per person per day) must be paid separately on site. Pets are not allowed.
