Modern electrical system with Wi-Fi and new, modern bathrooms (including a hair dryer) with a wheelchair-accessible shower and toilet; 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), 1 living room with a flat-screen TV and sitting area, 1 fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, fully automatic coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. The loft features 2 additional single beds (each 90x190 cm) and a sitting area with another flat-screen TV. All rooms have natural light.
A historic four-sided farmstead from 1860 in the heart of Großseelheim, 2 vacation apartments (65 and 55 square meters, respectively), each with a loft (60 and 40 square meters, respectively), which were newly built above the former stables and completed in 2023. The stables were converted into entryways and an utility room. Heating is provided by a heat pump with underfloor heating and solar panels.
On-site costs: Payment is made on-site in cash. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request.Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed.
