For families with children with disabilities, the question often arises of where they can go on vacation with family members who may have severe disabilities.
There are many small details—which, however, prove to be extremely important—that need to be taken into account: Is there enough space? Are there activities available? Can you get into the shower with a shower chair? Are there mattress covers for incontinence, etc.? And most importantly: Are families with children with special needs even welcome?
I want to make these families’ vacations as worry-free as possible and offer a special service (advance grocery shopping service, intensive equine therapy, horse-related activities for the whole family, care services, etc.) that goes beyond the usual offerings. This service is tailored to the needs and wishes of each family; I’d be happy to provide you with a quote. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are available.
We warmly welcome you right in the heart of Upper Swabia, just 20 km from Ravensburg and 15 km from Bad Saulgau. The vacation rental, with its large garden, is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Thanks to the large, lushly landscaped property, there are plenty of quiet spots to relax, as well as a variety of opportunities for children to play and stay active. In town, there’s a bakery where you can pick up a few snacks. The local natural outdoor pool with a kiosk is within walking distance.

Bunte Burg:

This accessible and cozy 75 m² vacation rental, featuring a modern rural style, is located on the first floor and accommodates 1–5 people. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, combination oven and microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and other accessories, leaves nothing to be desired. The dining room features a cozy dining set with direct access to the kitchen. The vacation rental has a total of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two nursing beds (one of which has a raised bed rail for restless children). The living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, is perfect for cozy evenings. From there, you can step out onto the terrace. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet with two grab bars, and a wheelchair-accessible sink. A mobile shower chair is available.
Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price.




On-site fees: A 50% prepayment is charged one week after booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival via bank transfer. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed by arrangement for a fee of €15 per stay.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
