The vacation farm is located in the Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape Biosphere Reserve. Our vacation apartment, with approximately 70 m² of living space plus an additional sleeping loft, can accommodate 1–5 people. You enter the spacious apartment through the sunny balcony. The cozy living area, featuring a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and wood-burning stove, invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you could need. The vacation rental features a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. The spacious bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, mirror cabinet, and towel rack, rounds out the overall experience. In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing evenings with a barbecue. In the garden, the children can play in the sandbox and on the swing set. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking lot at the vacation farm free of charge.

On-site costs: A deposit of 20% of the total price is due within 5 days of booking. A security deposit of €150 is required. Electricity costs are billed based on usage: €0.40/kWh (Note: Electricity consumption is higher during the colder months!) Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not an erlaubt.In ing the apartment is not permitted. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. A baby bed (travel crib) can be provided upon request. Wi-Fi, parking, final cleaning, and a linens package (bed linens & towels) are included.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
