Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome! Located a short drive from Downtown Jacksonville and historic St. Augustine and just 10 minutes from Nocatee, this home offers a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, a coffee bar, upstairs laundry, and a serene screened lanai for morning coffee. The spacious garage provides easy parking and storage. Across the street, enjoy resort-style amenities: a pool, cabana, fitness center, playground, volleyball court, and dog park. We look forward to making your stay special!

2nd Bedroom:
- Queen Bed (includes all linens) and TV with streaming services
- En suite bathroom (tub/shower combo, includes all linens, black makeup removing washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, qtips, and cotton rounds).
