This home includes a golf a cart with rental of the home! The best way to experience the Destiny community and surrounding beaches is with a golf cart, don't get stuck without one!
Spend your days cooling off by the pool, hitting the tennis courts, and of course soaking up the sun on the beach! The nearby Crab Trap restaurant (a 7 minute walk away!) with its' beach boardwalk, restrooms, showers, parking, volleyball nets, and playground offers all the entertainment and refreshment options you need!

Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Bluewater Villa (or on the premises). No exceptions will be made. We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for two couples. The neighborhood is wonderful, the clubhouse amenities were very nice as well. Having the golf cart included was a huge plus. It made trips to the beach, Crab Shack and pool very convenient. Communication was thorough and timely, despite our habit of over Communication.

The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was in a gated community in a very convenient location. A golf cart was included with the property we had an issue with it but the property manager was quick to solve it. Great management!

The house was clean and open and the pictures reflect the layout perfectly. Access to bikes and golf cart was nice,but if you want to ride outside the community gates on bikes or a golf cart you may want to find a private owner. We were close to a beach but in a very busy area, the neighborhood itself was quiet and beautiful. Overall we would definitely stay there again.
