Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

My best friend and I came from DFW to celebrate her birthday weekend, and this house was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and felt like such a comfortable place to come home to after a day out. We especially loved spending our evenings on the back porch and in the cozy living room, sipping wine and chatting about our favorite bottles.The location was ideal, the start of Main Street was only about a 7-minute walk away. We walked to and from dinner each night, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was just far enough from the busy strip to feel peaceful, yet close enough to easily grab breakfast in the mornings.The only small drawback was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made getting ready after showers a bit tricky. Thankfully, the bedrooms had great lighting, which helped.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place! We had a wonderful stay, and I’d love to book this house again the next time we visit.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your "home." The house location was quiet and just the right distance from Main Street. House was clean and restroom was clean overall a very positive experience. I would stay there again!!!
