A Dream Getaway on the Salzhaff. A thatched, comfortably furnished semi-detached house with a southwest-facing terrace, an adjoining meadow, and views of the countryside. An ideal vacation spot for families, couples, and friends—a little off the beaten path yet still close to the water. The bike path along the Baltic Sea coast runs right through Pepelow. A children’s playground is about 100 meters away.

This comfortable semi-detached house, with a large lawn and views of the countryside, promises a dream vacation on the Salzhaff. On the SOUTHWEST TERRACE, you can spend balmy summer evenings with family and friends. Terrace tables and chairs, lounge chairs, and a Weber gas grill invite you to relax at any time of day. Let your gaze wander over the adjoining meadow into the countryside and let your mind wander.

The entryway, living, and dining areas, including the kitchen, are open-concept. Plenty of natural light floods into the house through the patio window. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi are available throughout the apartment.

- Dining table (extendable) with 4 or 6 chairs

OPEN KITCHEN
- Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, silverware, blender, and many other kitchen utensils

There are a total of 2 BEDROOMS on the 1st floor, each with a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe/dresser, a flat-screen TV, as well as 1 or 2 armchairs and a side table.

2 BATHROOMS
- With a window, walk-in shower, towel warmer, mirror, sink, and toilet, as well as a shelf and a hair dryer

Perfect for the off-season: The foosball table in the attic keeps boredom at bay.

Bicycles can be securely locked away in the garden shed (where e-bikes can be charged). In the utility room, which is shared by the two half-houses, you can use a washer-dryer free of charge.

A parking space is available at the house.
