The general manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and combative. We questioned our fees, as they were double what we were told they'd be; and got into an argument instantly with the general manager , who inserted herself into the discussion we were having with the desk agent. We paid jn full, even with the doubled fees, for another night. But as soon as we paid everything , we were told we had to leave . The general manager got so angry that we were confronting the discrepancy; she decided to steal our money, and kick us out. We left belongings in the room, took our dogs and drove to another motel . I've never been so distracted and rudely treated by someone who should be professional . We've since tried every day to contact the establishment to pick up our bags before we leave town, and to get a refund for the unused night,and no one at the poroery will respond. We were in town taking care of our dying mother, and the treatment we received was unnecessary, uncalled for, and completely over the line.

Denied access, due to facing some mental health challenges and accidentally broke a microwave plate. Which they could’ve easly replaced with the card they request to keep on file. No instead they denied the next stay I had booked at this hotel for my self and a relative.! And I’m still waiting for a reimbursement.! Relative was arriving after I did, but since I couldn’t check myself in, I couldn’t check my relative in either. Both of us having to find a different place to stay.. this is what I call discrimination..!!!
