About this apartment rental
This room, located on the mezzanine level, has been recently renovated.
The room is fully furnished and includes a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
It features easy-to-maintain laminate flooring. The bathroom, featuring a shower, sink, and wall-mounted toilet, is pleasantly bright. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in sink and a two-burner electric induction cooktop. A refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment is included. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room.
Our apartment is designed for single occupants and long-term stays. Of course, visitors are welcome. And an occasional overnight stay by an additional guest is fine (at no extra charge).
Fast, reliable internet is included.
All cell phone networks have very good reception here.
Located in Fellbach-Schmiden—very quiet, yet close to the city center. Various shopping options (REWE, Netto, bakeries, a post office, and various specialty stores) are within walking distance. Various doctors, including specialists, are nearby. Of course, there are restaurants to suit (almost) every taste and budget. Bus stops (lines 58, 60, and 205) are about a 2- to 3-minute walk away. An arthouse movie theater rounds out the offerings.
From Fellbach, the S-Bahn lines S2 and S3 run toward Stuttgart and the airport, respectively. This provides excellent connections to Stuttgart and the entire central Neckar region.
For drivers, the B14 provides access to the Stuttgart area. The A81 and B27 are also quickly accessible by car.
Electric vehicles can be charged for a fee using a 230V 10A outlet in the courtyard. No (Schuko) cable is provided.
