Le propriétaire n’a pas voulu m’accepter sous prétexte qu’il m’a reconnu or que c’est bien la première fois que j’utilise booking de plus il est dis que le logement est situé à livry-gargan or qu’il est situé à Clichy sous bois rien a voir.

Escroquerie sur un logement — à éviter absolument ! J’ai réservé ce logement via la plateforme eBooking, mais l’expérience a tourné au cauchemar. L’hôte n’a jamais répondu à mes appels — son numéro de téléphone ne sonnait même pas — et je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à mon mail concernant les modalités d’accès au logement. Résultat : je n’ai jamais pu entrer dans le logement réservé. Malgré mes multiples tentatives de contact, la plateforme eBooking ne m’a jamais répondu ni proposé d’alternative. Pire encore, ma réclamation a été refusée sans justification. Je ne compte pas abandonner ma demande de remboursement et j'envisage des recours. Je déconseille vivement ce logement ainsi que la plateforme eBooking, qui ne protège pas ses clients face aux fraudes évidentes.
