La puerta para entrar al apartamento no se habría, nadie nos cogía el teléfono y estuvimos media hora fuera esperando hasta que llegó una persona del mismo edificio y nos abrió (si no llega a aparecer, nos hubiésemos quedado fuera en la calle por qué nadie nos atendía)

Localização boa para uma noite e se precisa ficar perto do aeroporto Linate. Limpeza boa e estrutura atende bem 4 pessoas.

Única coisa que desagradou foi o check in, disse que podia chegar cedo mas a porta para entrar no prédio não abria com o link enviado, ficamos esperando uns 40 minutos para alguém sair e conseguirmos entrar, e esse período perdemos do pouco tempo de passeio que tínhamos. Podia ter um canal de comunicação via WhatsApp para ser mais rápido.

It was extremely clean! There was everything you needed like cups and dishes. The blankets were very warm, comfortable and clean. Hassle-free check-in and check-out.

This is a ground floor. The floor is very cold and your feet freeze. The apartment has high ceilings and the heating is not enough for the hours it is on. The heating is automatic and cannot be adjusted, and after 10pm it does not work until the morning. On colder days it would be a problem. There are air conditioners, but they are on high and the remotes for them were not in the apartment. You could consider some slippers for guests and basic things like shower gel, coffee, sugar. This looks hospitable. The lock on the apartment's front door was broken and we had to constantly fix it. The pillows could be replaced with more comfortable ones.
