I love this apartment, clean, and easy to arrive from everywhere. The apartment is equipped with all type of utensils to feel at home. Clean and enough space to stay comfortable.
Relatively close to bus central station to go to other towns such as Chiang Rai, thermal and national parks, among others.
It is out of the central area but very peaceful, central to go for grocery, pharmacy, the area nearby is full of esthetic clinics (odonto, plastic surgery, mall, and more).
I went there with my mom and we enjoyed the time in Chiang Mai, very convenient to take a taxi (Bolt app) what the cost were not above 120 Baths, so, we highly recommend this apartment

This apartment was perfect for us. It was spacious, it wasn't hot, and we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning. The bed was large, and there was plenty of light in the rooms. We liked the shower because the shower head was often poor, but this one had a good water pressure. The owners left us a vacuum cleaner, which was a plus because it made cleaning easier. The location was convenient, with plenty of cafes nearby and a big C. The road layout made it easy to get to different parts of the city and the suburbs on a scooter.
The pool is always in the shade, so the water is very refreshing. However, this is not something that the owners of the apartments can change.
