Overall for the price it's a great place to stay. 10-15 minutes away from Playa del carmen by car and around 45 mins from Cancun. The apartment is located inside the Ciudad Mayakoba residencial complex in the Roraima 2 apartment complex (the name in the posting can be quite misleading) so keep this in mind.
The apartment is exactly as the photos , it's spacious and clean and has the necessary amenities for a confortable stay. The host is very responsive and helpful
Very noisy neighbors. The people on the apartment above this one played music at full blast every day of our 9 day stay from 3:30 am to 5 am. The host reached out to the administration of the complex but things changed slightly
Water pressure is not the best and if you're a fan of hot boiling showers this might be an issue for you. That being said with the weather in Playa del Carmen this should not be a big deal.
