Medical Staff: Walking distance or short drive to Nepean Public & Private Hospitals.

You have exclusive use of the granny flat. Access is via a side path ensuring total privacy from the main house. Free street parking is always available in our safe, quiet street.
Note on Parties: This is a quiet residential zone with neighbours close by. We have a Strict No Party Policy. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Noise monitors are in use.

The Granny Guest House was as described, and the owners of the property were very happy to accommodate my Labrador inside for the night too, which was greatly appreciated. The Hosts assisted me with the operation of the TV, and were quick to reply to communications prior to and during my stay. The property is well-appointed, and the bathroom, kitchen & bedrooms were clean & tidy.One of the lamps in the bedroom needs a new globe, and I did have to pick up some old dog poop from previous people who had stayed in the unmowed backyard before my dog could access it. That said, those things are minor, and the hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating or happy to assist when required. The area seems safe & there are a number of services nearby. It was easy to find & the listing was as described.
