Located in a building completely rehabilitated in 2021, the accommodation is fully equipped to receive you in comfort! In addition to having air conditioning throughout the property, the kitchenette is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals (equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle).
Guests have at their disposal a work area, as well as garden furniture so that they can enjoy the balcony overlooking the Douro River and Serra do Pilar.

Very comfortable rooms; accommodated our family of four very well - my husband and I and our two adult sons. Enjoyed the balcony. Great location for walking everywhere we wanted to go.

We absolutely loved our stay in Porto! This apartment was perfect, it was very clean, loved the outdoor balcony and 2 bathrooms were ideal. The location is great and we were able to walk everywhere. If you are coming by car, parking is a little tricky on the street, but we found a spot only a few doors down and left the car there for the whole three days. Pedro was wonderful and communicated with us before our arrival. Overall, we highly recommend and hope to return someday.

The place was great for our family. The hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. The flat was comfortable and clean and everything worked. The decor is nothing special and the sofa was not terribly comfortable but the beds were comfortable, bathroom is fine and the kitchen was good and I could make my espresso every morning. The location was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It felt very safe and the restaurants were excellent. I hope to come back again someday.
