The back 1.5 acres of the 5 acre plot is associated with the tiny cabin rental, however, the entire lot is enclosed with a singular boundary fence.
Check out is 10:00am sharp unless previous arrangements are made. At 10:05am the housekeeper will polite remind you and beginning clean.
Any guests exceeding the reservation will be asked to leave unless approval is agreed on. Any tampering with the smart device around the house is against house rule and subject for an early departure. Partiers will be shut down and evicted with no refund.
The property is semi secluded but to be respectful to neighbors quiet time is 10pm.
Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING is allowed INSIDE THE HOUSE but is permitted in designated area on deck as long as cigarette buds are discarded properly.
No guest/visitors are allowed past the number of guest the reservation is made for unless prior approval is made. Any extra guests will be asked to be removed.
No drugs or underage drinking is permitted on the property.

Wow, if you want to stay off of the beaten track then this is the place for you. A small cabin with all of your creature comforts like A/C, hot shower, comfy bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher. There are even things like individually wrapped toothbrushes, make-up remover wipes, shampoo and body wash in case you forgot something. Treats in the kitchen like hot cocoa packs, coffee k-cups, tea, snacks. The kitchen has all of the pots, pans, plates, utensils and cups that you will need if you plan on cooking. There is even a gas grill outside. We didn't use a lot of the amenities as we mostly just slept there but it was nice to have them because we weren't sure what our plans were going to be until we arrived.

Everything about this little cabin in the woods was perfect! Very quiet, loved the extra lawn area and even the chickens next door felt like it was in the middle of the country. Great location, super close to everything. Inside was wonderful, had everything we needed. Will definitely come back!

Location was nice in the country. Was not well maintain, floors were cupped and one board missing, tile in bathroom was missing grout in some places. To me looked like they had a plumbing problem that might have flooded the floors. Hot water was a issue hot then cold while taking shower. Picture of the place must be old. He did go out of his way to add my pet and get spoons etc., friendly but never fixed light by front door. I did enjoy seating outdoors in the evening. Added days to my stay because of a remodel I'm going through. My dog enjoyed property. Not made for as long as I stayed, maybe 3 or 4 days. Some nice looking fixtures.
