Spend your vacation days on the Northern Oregon Coast in comfort at this beautiful Manzanita beach townhome!
Located one block from Manzanita's seven-mile stretch of beach and just a ten-minute walk to downtown, all of the area's attractions are within easy reach from this property. Nehalem Bay State Park is less than a 10-minute walk from your front door, offering hiking, biking, equestrian trails, beachcombing, and fishing opportunities. Make the short drive to Wheeler and rent a kayak to witness the beauty of Nehalem Bay by boat. Keep an eye out for seal heads bobbing - they are so fun and curious!
Life's a Beach offers a tri-level floor plan with four bedrooms and two and a half baths. On the top floor, the main queen bedroom offers an en-suite bath with a shower and double vanity. The other third floor bedroom has twin bunks for the kids. On the bottom level, there are two more bedrooms; one with a comfortable king bed and the other with a cozy queen. A shared full bathroom with washer and dryer, tub/shower combo, and a double vanity is situated between these bedrooms.
On the second story, the well-thought-out kitchen comes fully equipped for that chef in the family. Have a seat in one of the stools situated on the opposite side of the counter to keep them company while they prepare your meal. Some of the new finishes include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Just around the corner from the kitchen, the large dining table seats up to eight. A sliding glass door leads to the back deck, which overlooks a serene wooded area.
The living room is about seven steps up from the kitchen and dining areas. Curl up on the sofa with a good book on a rainy coastal day or enter your Netflix account information and stream a movie on the flat-screen TV. There are also games and toys in this room to keep the kids busy.
The garage is a great place to store your bikes, beach toys, or anything else you don't want to be left outside. There is also a gas BBQ in the garage for guests to use when the weather permits outdoor grilling.

We drove up from Arizona to stay here as our son in Seattle and daughter in Portland met us for this stay on the coast. We previously had lived in Portland so we were familiar with the area and were quite happy to discover this truly great location and property to rent. As we had two of our adult children, it was nice that they had their own separate bedroom. The home is spacious and stocked with well thought out kitchen items and provided a comfortable family room area for an evening retreat. The whole stay was easy with a keyless entry upon check in. This location is next to a golf course and nice walking paths along the road. Top this with a short walk to a beach which is in an uncrowded area of the coast.
Everyone in our family came away refreshed and impressed with the layout, cleanliness, and condition of this home. We cannot recommend it any higher!

We enjoyed staying at this comfy home with our family and 2 dogs. The location is great, close to main shopping by bike or walking, and very close to the beach. Also fun pickle ball courts and tennis a short walk away. Quiet location and enough space in the house for a family to spread out. Very clean and comfortable, and smooth communication and instructions for everything. Hope to visit again!

This is our third time staying at Life's a Beach. We always have everything we need there. Very clean and plenty of everything. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you can need. Our toaster was broken and the response in getting a new one was amazing!

Very nice home close to the beach and to town. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. House is set up to allow for group activities as well as quiet solo time. Manzanita Beach Rentals kept in touch throughout the process from booking to departure--the best we have ever experienced!
